I am a senior development and humanitarian professional with more than 25 years of experience across NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, the Red Cross Movement, civil society and consultancy assignments in Myanmar and Bangladesh.
My work connects programme management, MEAL and evaluation, proposal development, donor reporting, partnership strengthening, disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response. I have developed institutional submissions for UNICEF, UNDP, UNOPS/Access to Health Fund and IOM while helping teams translate donor priorities and field evidence into implementable programmes.
I am currently providing independent proposal-development and resource-mobilisation support to local organisations, drawing on extensive experience in programme design, donor engagement and locally led, evidence-based programming in fragile contexts.
